Баг в ПО

Здравствуйте! Хочу сообщить о проблеме в ПО.

я включаю вспышку при съемке видео на iPhone, а затем закрываю камеру. Но в настройках-аккумулятор отображается работа вспышки в фоновом режиме. Якобы у меня сутки iPhone работал в фоновом режиме. Это баг или нет?
