iPhone 11 storage

I have an issue with my iPhone, it’s always full on storage, I’ve tried deleting all my apps to save space but the “Other” storage keeps on increasing itself everything time I delete something. It’s starting to frustrate me now. It got to a point whereby there’s nothing to delete anymore and when I try to delete my pictures and videos it doesn’t delete
