I noticed on my 2015 model 17.1 iMac that it shows an SSD also. It says full. What is it there for?

Thank you guys so very much. Sorry that I was late in responding. I reformatted the drive, hard drive, when this was given to me. I didn't label it but I only show one drive in finder so I guess it is fine.

It's part of the Fusion Drive setup.
What does this do? This was given to me and I have new MacBook Pro and iPad Air. However, I never worked with one if these.
Read up on it. I reformatted the hard drive and just went into disk utility on startup and it showed disk0 as being SSD and disk 1 as HD. I didn't label the main drive so it shows up as untitled.
