Is your screen cracked or something?

Did you drop your phone?

Try restarting your iPhone and/or try redownloading some apps.

Is it only your apps that cant open or is it everything on the screen.

If it is everything on your screen, probably go to the nearest apple support store to get your screen replaced.

What do you mean by "click"? Nothing on the iPhone screen "clicks". Do you mean click the side button to verify app purchases?
