If the "Other" storage its taking upmost of he space on your iPhone, about all you can do is backup the iPhone and then restore from the backup just created. See the "Content categories" section in:

How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support'

and

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, then the next step would be to reset your iPhone:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

which will erase ALL the information and settings on your iPhone.
