Transfer data that is in iCloud to Macbook Pro Hard Drive

I have Macbook Pro 2012 mid year. I have Catalina OS. I do not have much data, but they go to iCloud. I want them on my Macbook Pro instead of iCloud. I cannot afford to buy a new Macbook, but have many issues with iCloud.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15
