MacBook Air
So I have a small crack in the black part around the screen. Can that be replaced on its own or does the whole screen need to be replaced and what would the cost be? I’m attaching a photo of the damage. Thanks.

Hey there! Thanks for posting.
So, without visibly seeing the extent of the damage, I can't be confident in what kind of repair is needed.
Most out of warranty MacBook Air repairs can be aroun $129 according to Apple's website.

It's $129 to replace a MacBook Air battery. A display replacement is usually $400-500 but varies by region (it's $99 with AppleCare+).
No attachment, but the whole screen would need to be replaced.
