Double charged for service request

Hi, I made a service request through Apple support on the 31/08/2020 but after entering my card details I got an error and a prompt to try again later so I successfully created a new request the next day but when I checked my card I realised I’d been charged for both requests despite only the latter being acknowledged by a confirmation email and txt. How do I get a refund for the failed service request?

cheers
