Check Settings>Accessibility>Audio/Visual.
Do you have LED Flash for Alerts turned on?
I apologize I thought I was replying to another post on here. I have everything for the light on notifications turned off and it’s never happened before. I slept on the couch last night where we have security cameras and noticed my phone did this multiple times. Another person posted and identical scenario and never got an answer. Thanks
