forgot passcode
I am using iphone 7, I have forgot the passcode and not backed up my data. Is there any solution to save my data or unlock my phone through icloud

Sorry, no. Backups need to be made before you need them. If you had enabled iCloud Sync (which is not the same as iCloud backup) before you forgot the passcode then after you restore the phone as described below you can re-sync that content back to the phone. It won’t be everything you had on the phone, but it will be a lot of it.
To set up iCloud Sync you would go to Settings/[your name]/iCloud and turn on the switches for content that you desired to sync, such as photos, contacts, calendars, etc. Did you do this?
