iPhone 11 volume

Recently my IPhone 11 volume during a phone call is extremely low. The volume is on max and still low. Any help

It sounds like you noticed the volume during phone calls is extremely low. This could be caused due to debris in the speaker grill. Check out this link for support with cleaning your iPhone.
