You could try swapping between the Microsoft Store version and the direct download from https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/win64.

Is the drawer empty, or do you keep a disc in it? I think iTunes changed some time ago to ejecting a loaded drive on exit.

We see that you're running into an issue with a CD/DVD drive opening on its own from your computer when you close iTunes. We can understand wanting this looked into.
What type of computer are you using? Which version of the OS software is on your computer?
Which version of iTunes is on the computer? Here’s information on how to locate that: Update to the latest version of iTunes
Also, how exactly are you closing the iTunes app?

Ho provato a disinstallare itunes seguendo la sequenza, poi ho reinstallato direttamente, ma quando chiudo itunes apre sempre il cassetto CD / DVD

Hi, I don't understand why when I close the itunes window on the pc the drawer of one of the burners opens every time, can someone help me? thank you
the operating system is Windows 10 and iTunes is the latest version. the pc is an assembled one so I don't know that it is okay, anyway it didn't do it before

Ho disinstallato itunes *** la sequenza indicata nel supporto poi l'ho reinstallato ,ma il cassetto CD/DVD si apre ugualmente
