Delete desktop copy of file original that is on DVD RW

How can I delete 4 desktop copies of original DVD RW files? I have OS 10.15.6 Catalina.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

have you tried dragging them to the trash and emptying it?

Deleting VTS_01.VOB files I am trying to clean up my computer. Transferred my old time machine files to my new Mac Studio. Looking at my large files, I have several VTS_01.VOB files, looks like when I created lots of DVD videos with iDVD. Does anyone know if it's safe to delete all these files, considering iDVD no longer exists? Will I be able to still open my videos? I wasn't sure what these files are.
