My AirPods Pro suddenly wouldn’t synch. I’ve followed every suggestion for reconnecting them to no avail. The light will not come on no matter how long I hold the button on the back either. Any suggestions that go beyond shutting everything down and starting over because this didn’t work as well.

I had same issue where the blinking light for pairing failed. I took out my AirPods from case and cleaned the connectors with a microfiber cloth. I also blew out any dust from inside of case. Then I placed AirPods back in case and was successful pairing. Hope this helps.
Can’t synch AirPods Pro even after following all the reset instructions.
