My mail icon disappeared also certain apps.
It says this when I try to get my mail back!!!

Thank you for posting here in Apple Support Communities. According to what you've reported, along with the error message you provided, it sounds like Content & Privacy Restrictions might be enabled in Settings > Screen Time. If it is, please check out the following resource on how to manage that feature: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
