Please advise how to solve the Spotlight or Search not working in my IPAD 7, this phenomenom after update to IOS 13.7
Even I have trying to toggle off the Siri Suggestion & learning and made reboot the system.
Awaiting the advise.

Having updated to iPadOS 13.7, I cannot replicate your issue; for me, Spotlight Search appears to be functioning as expected.
Perhaps a forced-restart of your iPad will be helpful - as this will often resolve a post-update issue:

I trying with another way by pressing the middle up of the screen then The Search menu appear, even responsive, we hope with up comming with version IPAD OS 14 will be more responsive.
