SPOTLIGHT OR SEARCH NOT WORKING IN MY IPAD AFTER UPDATE TO IOS 13.7

Please advise how to solve the Spotlight or Search not working in my IPAD 7, this phenomenom after update to IOS 13.7

Even I have trying to toggle off the Siri Suggestion & learning and made reboot the system.

Awaiting the advise.

Having updated to iPadOS 13.7, I cannot replicate your issue; for me, Spotlight Search appears to be functioning as expected.

Perhaps a forced-restart of your iPad will be helpful - as this will often resolve a post-update issue:

On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
On an iPad with Face ID: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
