Well, I got new update 13.7 while I trying to update its asking for WiFi . However I don’t have it , I do have mobile internet connection with good speed
My question I how to use mobile data for software updates except WiFi

You cannot update unless you have a WiFi connection.. or you connect your iPhone to a computer that has an internet connection
See I don’t have computer or WiFi . In India most of them have mobile internet connection with good internet speed. So Apple need to provide the future to update software with mobile data.
