I'm trying to play Roblox - Mad City on my iPad 6th generation 32GB. After about 15 minutes the game closes and goes back to the home screen. I can play the exact same game on my iPhone Pro with no issues. I have closed down the iPad, deleted and re-installed the app, deleted game history but it still closes after about 15 mins. I even thought the model is too old and updating but the 7th Generation iPad uses the same chip.
Does anyone have any ideas??

Thanks for the info Brian. I have done steps 1 to 4 but it still quits on me. i will have to contact the developer and see what happens. Really appreciate the feedback. Thanks.
