I have Apple Music downloaded and I’m currently on a free 3 month trial but my sync library isn’t turning on. It keeps turning off every time I turn it on. And now I can’t save any Apple Music on my phone. What should I do?

It sounds like you are having an issue turning on Sync Library on your iPhone. We would like a bit more information to help resolve this issue. Do you use Apple Music on other devices as well? Does Sync Library work on the other devices if so? If not, what happens when you try to turn on Sync Library on your other devices?
