my iPhone won't let me press anything

Hii so I recently made a post about this but I wanted to add a picture to see if y'all could understand what I'm talking about. so I plugged my friends phone into my laptop and then this screen popped up. she tried pressing trust but it won't let her press anything and its been about an hour and it still won't go away. she's basically locked out of her phone and it won't let her restart her phone or enter her password in. we've tried everything like restarting my laptop but when it comes to her phone it won't let her restart it, enter the password, or press any buttons. no matter what the screen that popped up won't go away. any tips or anything that could help this problem because she can't go on her phone at all. anything would be useful, please and thank you !!
