Storage

I deleted over 400 pictures and videos and deleted over 100 apps now you’d think that would open up more storage. when I looked “other” went from taking 25gb to 39gb after I deleted everything so now my storage is completely full and my apps close out as soon as I open them so I’m unable to use my device can anyone help?
