Apple Watch backup file

I am wanting to check what’s in my Apple Watch backup file before restoring to it. There are pictures on old backups that I would like to find that have been removed from my iPhone.

Backup is encrypted, there's no backup viewer.

What I was thinking, was still hoping there was away to do so. Guess will have to go one by one to find what I’m looking for. Thank you for the help.
