My iPhone 11 suddenly went black and became unresponsive. I cannot force a restart. I can't get it to show any sign of life at all! Anybody know what to do?

I spoke with Apple yesterday, two different technicians, for three hours and 15 minutes and they finally concluded that the phone is a goner at this point. They don't tell me why. They tried all different types of reset techniques, and nothing will get this phone to respond in anyway. I very much appreciate your bothering to answer this, and be of help to me. Thank you so very much! It looks like they're simply going to replace the phone.

Thank you for taking the time to send the article, I appreciate it very much!

No, I should've mentioned that to start with. The phone has never been dropped or damaged, and has never gotten even slightly wet.
