Can't add app to accessibility permissions

all the apps have disappeared from the accessibility list after installing the last 10.15.6 supplemental update.


can't add apps to the list.


Deleting tcc.db hasn't solved the issue

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15

If you are unlocking your system preferences padlock in the bottom left hand corner, and it still isn't working, it sounds like your profile is corrupted, or you have some security software preventing you from using those items, or those items are not fully Catalina tested. Use Etrecheck to help isolate issues:
