how do i cancel a subscription

I want to thank all of those who responded.


My problem was resolved by the following steps:

  1. Contacting Apple support via email and explaining my problem
  2. I received a reply with an incident number via email, however it had the same instructions that required an Apple device.
  3. I was contacted by email with a follow-up, asking if my problem had been resolved and I said "no, it had not"
  4. I was sent via email instructions on the department in Apple that I needed to contact via phone
  5. I called the number and was given a support PIN number
  6. A very nice representative canceled my account and billing.


I did not have to have an Apple device and I did not have to download iTunes.

I hope this information may be helpful to someone else.
