My iCloud asked me pay twice a month

I paid for the apple icloud service on August 27 and a week later I continued to receive a payment notification on September 2. So what wrongs with apple payment system?

Try -- If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support.
