12 inch macbook wont start

Hope someone can help., my 12 inch MacBook won’t start. It’s hardly used, but went to use it last week and it went into sleep mode then had to reboot to get it back on. It also quickly lost battery life. Now however It won’t even turn on. Have tried all the recommendation on Apple site but to no avail. Can anyone help please.
