Auto fill on Iphone

Hey everyone. So I have a form that I need to fill out everyday for work. I need to put basic personal information that is on my contact card in my IPhone. I can only get the auto fill function for recognize my email and last name. It won’t do my first name or phone number. I have checked the auto fill settings, updated the phone, checked my contact card. It doesn’t improve. I’m using Safari. Oh and I helped half a dozen people to get there’s to work and they all work with the same settings except my phone.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue where AutoFill is only inserting your email and last name. We want to help. Do other websites fill in the information as expected? When the alert appears, if you choose "customize" are you then able to choose the information you want input?

If not, let's toggle the AutoFill feature off, restart your iPhone, toggle the feature back on, then test again. To turn that off, tap Settings > Safari > AutoFill. Once that's turned off, restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone
