Family sharing app purchases not showing up on 1 device, shows up on others

I have 5 children's devices sharing one Apple ID and that Apple ID is on my Family Sharing list. All but one of the devices accesses purchased apps without an issue. The device in question does not update to show any new purchases (free or paid).. I've checked all settings to verify that family sharing is on for app store purchases. I've logged out of the apple id on the device and logged back in. I've restarted device. Help!

Hi there mom27boys1girl,

It sounds like you have 5 children's devices sharing an Apple ID and all of the devices work okay to download purchased apps except one. We'd be glad to help you get all of your devices working together. There is a device limit of 10 devices for each Apple ID. You may be exceeding that limit if you possibly have multiple devices per child or have older or replacement devices still associated to your Apple ID. Thank you. My personal Apple ID has 4 devices associated with it, the children's devices are associated with a "kids" apple ID, but under Family Sharing with me as administrator. The kids account has 5 devices associated with it. We are within the 10 device limit.
