Apple TV unable to power on

Already tried unplugging the power cable still not getting any white light from the unit. Any other tricks to try?

Hi there,

Try following this guide: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT200197

If the problem still persists then contact apple support directly because it may be a hardware issue.
