My Iphone 11 cannot get 4G even though my carrier Mascom Wireless Botswana provides 4.5 G lte. I have tried all tricks in the works and its not getting it, i have even changed my sim card 3 times. Please advice.

What is the model number in Settings>General>About?
Different models sold in different regions support the LTE bands in use in those regions.
If you purchased a phone intended for use in a different country or region, it may not support the LTE bands being used in Botswana.

can anyone else in the same location get 4G from that mast?
How far are you from the mast? half a mile can lose 4G
Hi, I’m about 50 meters from the Mast. Everyone who has an iPhone here gets 4G when available except my for my Iphone 11.
