Hi,

I found an unauthorized subscription on my credit card and the bank blocked my card. The new card is on the way to me to Costa Rica where I’m stuck because of covid (they said I will get it in 5 business days) but my iCloud payment was due 2 days ago. I’ve tried to contact apple but I couldn’t find a way. What can I do? Is there an e-mail where I can write to get help? I don’t want them to delete my files and pictures.
