I have forgotten my Apple ID and password

Actually I have forgotten my apple id and password too.
And that device was 4s.
Is there any clue or solution regarding this problem...!

See if you can recover the ID/password.
Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.
Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
