Apple Application Support
Do I need to have Apple Application Support in 32 bits and 64 bits, or can I just stay with one?

I guess it depends on whether or not you need to use old 32 bit apps. If you are running Catalina then you can only run 64 bit apps.
The 64-bit version of iTunes for Windows that you get directly from Apple installs both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Apple Application Support. Both should be left in place for correct operation, and may be required if you have iCloud for Windows. If, however, you only use the version of iTunes available from the Microsoft Store then these are likely to be legacy components of an older install of iTunes and, as far as I am aware, neither should be needed, nor would any other Apple components that show up in the programs control panel other than iTunes.
