iCloud will not stay logged in.

My icloud account all of a sudden will not stay logged in.

I enter my username and password. I see "Welcome Richard" and all of the icons are blurred.

Then it throws me back out into the login screen.

Yes, I am entering the correct credentials and my Caps Lock is not on.

I have tried multiple browsers and MacBooks.

I followed the Apple Support suggestions, but that did not help?

Any suggestions???
