Changing the time interval of Time Machine backups

Can I change the time interval of Time Machine backups in Catalina?

The old answers don't seem to apply.

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

I use the app TimeMachine editor and it backs up once a day at a time you pick. Running Catalina os.
