my ipad was stolen & I’m trying to log into my iCloud ( crazysqueen.44@icloud.com but no longer have the phone number the email is connected to and was wondering if u can help change it to the number I now have

You have to consider account recovery if you no longer have that number -- Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password - Apple Support.
