Mac OS X Server 10.6.4 - SUS broken (error)

I had to rebuild our Mac OS X Server (Xserve). I backed up the entire cached updates folder before rebuilding, then I restored it after rebuilding the server. The server is pointing to the same cached updates folder, but SUS doesn't seem to be pulling anything down. Here's the error I'm seeing in the log:

---------------- start log entr -------------------
Fri Jul 23 10:26:27 xser01 swupd_syncd[89634] <Info>:
Fri Jul 23 10:26:27 xser01 swupd_syncd[89634] <Info>: ========== Sync Started ==========
Fri Jul 23 10:26:27 xser01 swupd_syncd[89634] <Error>: sync failed with NSInvalidArgumentException: * -[NSURL initWithString:relativeToURL:]: nil string parameter
Fri Jul 23 10:26:27 xser01 swupd_syncd[89634] <Info>: Sync Complete

---------------- end log entr -------------------

Any ideas how I can get Mac OS X Server 10.6.4 to recognize these cached updates, so it doesn't have to pull everything down again?

Thanks,
Don
