iPhone 11 - Passcode keypad appearing only partly and not able type in to enter app

Whatsapp app protected by passcode, when trying to open while wearing mask, it takes few secs and then the passcode screen appears which is off centre making it impossible to enter the digits. Not able to disable passcode/face ID too.

This Face ID turns out to be such a pain while using mask.. to top it now app lock keypad screen is not fully displayed. Tried reinstalling WhatsApp. Tried turning off passcode. Tried turning off Face ID.. but nothing is working.
