Everytime I plug my phone up the apple sign comes on the screen but then it just says that way like nothing else like the sign just stays on the screen and i tried to restore it but that didnt seem to work so i would like to know what would be my next move ? I dont have apple care and the phone isnt on at the moment.

I factory reset my iphone 6s plus and its not coming up, all i am seeing is the apple sign which stay on the screen for about 5 minutes then turned off and on again by it self. How can i solve this issue?
