Today I started downloading VK, but during it the battery was dead. When I turned on the iPhone I saw this:
When I tapped on this icon, there was a black screen and the app instantly crashed. Then I opened App Store and tapped on the Open button: 
But there was the same black screen and it crashed again. I tried to turn off and turn on the iPhone, to sign out and sign in Apple ID, to delete VK and to reset all settings, but it didn’t help. Please help me to solve this problem.
