Unable to load page "http://go.appcelerator.com/Apple+Signup+URL"

Hello Team, I am using Appcelerator Application to make package for 'Ipad'. However when i am clicking 'singup' link. Browser navigate to 'http://go.appcelerator.com/Apple+Signup+URL', which further redirect to 'https://daw.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/DSAuthWeb.woa/wa/login?appIdKey=[KeyCode id comes here]=//account/index.action&s=668-666'

This page keep rotating for a while and finally land on 'this request can't be reach' page.
