power adapter warranty

hi, just a quick question my power adapter 18 w charger is not working in my iphone 11 pro. does the power adapter cover by warranty. phone adapter is not a year old. thanks

It may be or may not be. If Apple is open for business where you live, I recommend you bring your phone, your charger and your Lightning USB cord to Apple for them to confirm your problem. They may very well determine that your power brick died within its warranty period. If you can't visit Apple, at least contact Support (Top right corner of this page.) to register your problem before your warranty expires.


By the way, how did you determine that your problem is in the power adapter?
