I cloud storage

How do I get the extra iCloud storage I have been paying for the last 3 months to show. It says I am out of storage and I am paying for 200 gb a month and don’t have that as storage.

will you reimbursed me for the 3 months i have not had the service to use?

That out of storage message/notification is referring to a lack of storage space on your device (not iCloud) --
