I received my online purchased yesterday September 3. I was surprised when My Wife opened the box. It was not wrapped as promised. The greetings was also not present. Attached here is the photo of my order and the actual packaging. It was a great disappointment on my part as I was expecting Apple would keep its promise.

There is nothing that we can do to help you. This forum is made up of other users just like you. We are not Apple employees. We are volunteers that try to help people solve problems with their software and devices.
Unfortunately, Apple does not have a complaint department like some other companies have where you can address your concerns. You will have to find a means whereby you can contact Apple to register your displeasure. Just keep searching through the contact link to try to find a way to address Apple.
