Apple pre-sign

I am trying to print out the pre-sign form for my iPhone that is arriving today, but it keeps showing up blank.

I have the same problem with my iPhone 11 that I sent for repair. The status shows it’s been fixed and is being shipped back to me. I have a fedex tracking number and approximate arrival date.

But, I get a blank printout when I accept the pre-sign terms and conditions. Furthermore, the phone seems to be stuck at ‘shipping label created’ stage, but hasn’t moved from that in 24 hours.

The link posted here just sends us to Support options, none of which seem appropriate to resolve this issue.
