Deleting apps from phone

With iOS 13 or later:

Remove apps from the Home screen

1. Touch and hold any app on the Home screen, then tap Edit Home Screen.
2. The apps begin to jiggle.
3. Tap on the app you want to remove, then tap Delete.
4. Tap Done (on an iPhone with Face ID) or press the Home button (on other iPhone models).

If you change your mind, you can redownload apps you’ve removed.

Not all of the apps (built-in apps) that come with iOS can be deleted.

I want to see the apps on my iPhone using ITunes 12.10.9.3 in my PC. I want to delete an app from my iPhone using iTunes. I'd also like to be able to reorganize apps using iTunes on my PC. The vendor is telling me I have the app but I can't see it on my Iphone.

delete option does not appear on my phone running ios 14.2

i think i figured out my issue - i had set content and privacy restrictions on. once i turned those off i was able to delete the app in question. Then turned content and privacy restrictions back on .
