I have an open insurance case and they need an official confirmation from Apple with the activation date and warranty.

There is no way to confirm the "activation date" at all.

Hello, I have discussed over the phone with one of you colleagues and it confirmed me that my iPhone device is not refurbished and it’s manufacturing date is 10th august 2019, which is exactly what I needed.
unfortunately the Revolut insurance team interpreted the date 10.08.2019 as October 8th instead of august 10th. Would you please send me a confirmation as your colleague did mentioning that the Apple device is not refurbished and it’s manufacturing date is 10th august 2019? I have attached a screenshot of your colleague’s mail back there.
