Hardware issues in my new macbook air
I feel so disappointed from the performance of my new macbook air 2019. After 2 months of purchasing it, the motherboard has been broken + additional issues. Now Apple technical services told that me that we can only change the damaged hardware. My question is why I can't get a whole new device as this one obviously has alot of problems and it worked only 2 months? I lost all my files and I am in middle of exam but I have to wait at least 10 days for the new laptop to get fixed.
