I think that I need 3 USB 3 connections and this just has 2. Could I use the Sabrent USB expander in one of the USB3 ports on the QgeeM device? Thanks so much!

I need to connect my iPad, iPhone, WebCam and ethernet to my MacBook Air 2018. I still need to have a USBc port to power the MacBook. Is there one devise out there that can do it all?
